Running has taught me discipline, determination, grit, the ability to overcome fatigue, positive self talk, patience and a deep connection with my body. The support and friendships I have made through running has shaped my life in so many ways.
When I think of running I think: Be true to yourself, stay focused, never give up, stay on course, run your run, breathe big, and smile.

Katherine is an excellent running coach and Yoga instructor. She coached me for my first 10 km race in 2010. She has since founded KM Run Club. It is a unique group of supportive, fun-loving, hard working individuals of all running abilities. Kat brings her infectious enthusiasm and encouraging personality to each workout. I love running with KM Run Club. I thoroughly enjoyed her yoga classes and yoga retreat which include swimming, running, meditation and yoga blended with a wonderful sense of community.
