Fuel – Focus on healthy eating and creating good habits with nutrition.
Inquiry/Jounaling– As a access to discovery and new possibilities
Program
Participants will attend 1 x weekly online group zoom meetings.
Participants will have access to online live yoga classes with Runningintoyoga- Katherine Moore
You will receive guidance and instruction on how to begin and deepen your meditation practice.
We will discuss in the meeting healthy nutrition choices and journal about your daily intake of fuel.
You will receive inquiry questions to journal to encourage awareness of self discovery.

Participants will attend 1 x weekly online group zoom meetings. You will be emailed the link.
