A Big Thank you to YYOGA and LULULEMON for organizing Sunday Funday. It was a great turnout and we received positive feedback. I am looking into organizing a Sunday afternoon run and yoga so check back here for details.
A Big Hug and Thank you to Natasha Wodak aka T-Fierce for helping out. It was helpful having her lead the fast group and demonstrate the running drills. Everyone loved her sense of Humour and playfulness! T- Fierce is racing this weekend in Portland sending her speedy Vibes to grab that qualifying time! I know she can do it!
