I had a great turnout last weekend even with the rain and wind. We met at YYOGA Flow and everyone introduced themselves with their upcoming running goals. We then headed out towards the seawall and split into groups for a 3-4 km run.
After some drills and strides we headed back to the studio for a Yoga practice designed for runners.
After being in the rain it was nice to come back to the studio and stretch out with some Yoga.
Next week we will do a short interval session to introduce some speed work into the run. Hopefully the sun will shine this Sunday. You can still sign up for this Sunday or Sunday March 27th at YYOGA
