Join me for one Sunday (or 2 or all 3 Sundays) for a special Running Into Yoga event at YYoga!
We will go for a 30 minute run followed by running drills and exercises to help improve running efficiency and form. We will return to the studio (YYoga Kitsilano) and practice a yoga sequence designed for runners to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and stability. Strengthen and lengthen your body. All levels are welcome!
These events are $5 each, with partial proceeds going to KidSport!
