Running Into Yoga
Join me in the Running into Yoga workshop! We will go for a 30 minute run followed by running drills and exercises outdoors to help improve running efficiency and form. We will return to the studio and practice a yoga sequence designed for runners to improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and stability. All levels welcomed!
