The past week I have been pulling reciepe’s out of Brendan Brazier”s The Thrive Diet Book
I am hooked on his Hemp Chocolate milk. It is so easy to make and so delicious after a big run!

3 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp Roasted carob powder
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar~I used raw honey

In a blender combine all ingredients and it keeps up to 2 weeks!
