Check out this months Running into Yoga for Athletes article I wrote for Impact Magazine.  The photoshoot was so fun with  Terry Guscott www.atnvisuals.com he is such a talented photographer.  We did the shoot at his studio and we seemed to nail it on the first shots.  I was lucky to get Erin (my sister) to do my hair and make-up as she is very talented with that.  I am a bit lost when it comes to make-up 🙂  Here are a few of the shots featured in Impact.

STRETCH AND RELEASE

Yoga counterbalances the stresses training can concentrate on certain corners of the body.  Running can lead to tight hips, shoulders and legs.  Yoga can help stretch, release and strengthen these parts of your body,providing a great cross-training tool for any athlete.
