Granola Love

A Easy go to Recipe! I love that I know exactly what is in it and I eat a lot of it!


Oats (I have used regular and spelt both are great)
Coconut Oil
Almond Butter
Super Power superfood
Maple Syrup
Gogi Berries
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Himalayan Sea Salt
Dark chocolate chips (of Course)

I do not measure anything…

Pre heat the oven to 325
In a large bowl pour in a bag of oats
Add a few tablespoons of coconut oil and almond butter enough when you mix it you get all the oats involved
Add a free pour of maple syrup
Stir in the almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, lots of shakes of cinnamon,a tablespoon of superfood, and a few pinches of sea salt
cover a baking pan with the oat mixture
put in the oven and set a timer to 3 x 10′ intervals
after the first 10′ it starts to smell amazing, stir mixture and put back in oven
after the next 10′ stir and add gogi berries, honey, dark chocolate (if you add early it burns)
after the next 10’turn oven off but let it sit in the oven until the oven cools
Take out of the oven let it sit

I like storing in a few mason jars
