Usain Bolt came up short in breaking Michael Johnson’s 300m world record at the 2010 Ostrava Golden Spike Grand Prix meet in the Czech Republic.

Usain Bolt is so incredible to watch race.  He did not break Michael Johnson’s record but a amazing race!

Bolt was .12 off of Michael Johnson’s world record. How did Bolt come up short? He ran in the rain and with a  wind and at sea level (Michael Johnson ran his record at altitude). Video of run below.

Thanks to our good friend and amazing web designer Matt Clout, Marilyn and I now have a web site!
If you have emailed us to say you would like to come, we have reserved you a spot. It would be terrific though if you could sign up for the workshop on-line as this will help us stay organized (and will also help us iron out any techy glitches should there be any). If you are signing up for just a single day, or have any questions, let us know in the Contact Page. There is a spot there to send us any comments.

We are very excited about the weekend workshop! It is filling up fast!
