130km=80miles

Last week I covered about 80 miles or 130km. When I got my schedule last Sunday and saw that this week was a easy week my legs were smiling. Last week any chance I had I was lying down or in the epsom salt bath. When I am covering that many miles it feels better to be running than not. I know crazy but true. This week has been a real treat 60′ runs Monday through Thursday I am feeling great! I am gearing up for another big progression run this Sunday.

For some people Marathon racing/ training is inspiring. When I watch Ironman I am so inspired and am amazed at these great athletes….
