2016 October 29th ~ Running + Yoga Workshop at North Yoga

We start with gentle yoga designed to improve runners strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and stability. Following the morning session, enjoy an organic superfood smoothie.* After some time to digest, we go on a light run outdoors with drills and exercises to help improve running efficiency and form. After the run, you’re treated to a delicious organic lunch* during a talk with Q+A by Natasha Wodak. To end the day, we finish with a yoga session designed for relaxation, stretching stiff and sore muscles, tissue repair and calming the nervous system. All levels welcome!
